Becoming a licensed
real estate salesperson
or broker is easier once you learn about requirements. All U.S.
states require license applicants to take and pass a state
approved real estate pre-license course before being permitted
to sit for the State
real estate license exam. Because each state's requirements
differ, it is a good idea to do some research before enrolling
in a real estate course.
To simplify the process, we have provided the real estate
license requirements for each U.S. State.
