My name is Shane McKinley and I have been in Real Estate now for three
years. I ordered my renewal courses from A+ Institute and was extremely
happy with the course. I ordered property management and the Law course on
CD. You mailed the CD's very quickly and I was able to study when I had
time. I like the fact that I was able to do the course by chapters, which
made it easy to complete the course a little bit at a time. The information
was educational and very well organized. When I was finished with the final
test at the end of the course I was able to submit the information online.
Two weeks later I got my certificate. Thanks to you I was able to renew my

I like the A+ CD courses because I can sit down and learn at my leisure. When I am in a class room I am always rushed to learn everything and I only learn about 50% and with the CD's you can always go back and check on things that you've learned to make sure that you are right and that's why I like the A+ CD courses.

I like the course because I can study at my own pace, in my home any time of the day. When problems arise and you don't have the time to study the course waits for you to come back.

With out this ability I wouldn't have been able to take a Real Estate course at all, due to ill health and extreme time constraints.

I enjoyed the ability to study at my own pace. I am an airline pilot in addition to being a real estate agent and most of my studying was accomplished while I was away from home. It allowed me the ability to get my clock hours without physically being in a class. I found that the way you designed the class allowed for a lot of repetition, which is excellent for learning. I felt that I learned the concepts quite well which helped me pass my broker’s test on the first try. I will say that the questions on the actual broker’s test were new to me and that it was one of the hardest tests I have taken. When I found out that I had passed, I can’t describe the relief that I felt. In preparation, I studied the review questions over and over until I think I had them all memorized. Thanks for the help by preparing me to pass the test the first time.
